6. Password Security

If the Site includes areas that require a username and password (or Personal Identification Number, PIN), you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. 11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from these Terms and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any other policies or disclaimers posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lanhurst regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written. Lanhurst may assign its rights and duties under these Terms at any time without notice to you.
